  • We may ban or blacklist users at our sole discretion without prior notice if behavior is disruptive, misleading, or violates our standards.
  • Completing a purchase implies acceptance of all current and future terms. We may update terms anytime; continued use means you accept changes.
  • Customers must review terms periodically. We are not required to notify users of updates.



Privacy Policy

  • We only collect data necessary for business operations.
  • Checkout data may be used for order processing, fraud prevention, and support.
  • Proceeding to checkout implies consent to data use for business purposes.
  • We do not sell, share, or misuse your data beyond operational needs.



Refund Policy

  • All payments are final. No refunds or replacements if accounts are delivered in working condition.
  • Faulty accounts (locked, terminated, invalid credentials) qualify for refund as customer balance, usable only on our site. No cash refunds or replacements.
  • Once delivered in good condition, full responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • Delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours via our official Discord support server. Late reports may be denied.
  • Payments not compliant with SellAuth’s requirements (e.g., not using PayPal Friends & Family) are unsupported. All payments are automated via SellAuth; non-compliance voids support eligibility.
